R+T Asia returns for its landmark 20th anniversary edition with its largest edition to date, coinciding with the global R+T brand’s 60th year of leadership.

The highly anticipated international trade fair for the sun shading and door/gate industries will take place from 26–28 May 2025 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai, continuing its reign as the premier hub in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Occupying 120,000 square metres and hosting more than 750 exhibitors, R+T Asia 2025 will reinforce its position as a vital platform, connecting global supply and demand. The event has garnered significant international pre-registration interest, particularly from Southeast Asia and East Asia. Registered visitors from over 100 other countries are promised an exceptional edition with business opportunities and knowledge sharing.

Attendees can explore a comprehensive range of solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Renowned Chinese manufacturers, known for their strengths in automation, components, textiles, and finished products, will be joined by leading international brands, presenting hundreds of innovative solutions across diverse price points.

Strategic Networking and Business Development

To enhance business value through meaningful connections, R+T Asia 2025 will host around 100 international key professionals in its Buyer Club, including members of trade associations such as ACMI (Italy) and representatives of medium-to-large enterprises. 

In addition, the show will welcome significant domestic buyer delegations and Chinese guest groups from influential industry organisations. Key Event Highlights

R+T Asia 2025 will feature the Best of Best Awards, celebrating outstanding companies in the APAC sun shading and door/gate industry, with winners announced on May 27th. 

The International Window and Door Summit (IWDS) also returns on May 27th, focusing on sustainability and innovation with insights from globally renowned leaders. 

cadex 2025 will showcase architectural and material innovations under the theme “Return to Nature, Enjoy in Design”, including the Material Matters display, the A&D Design Summit on May 26th and the Corporate Design Seminar on March 27th.
