Singapore – RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd (RSP Architects) has been awarded the prestigious President*s Design Award (P*DA) for the Design of the Year 2023 together with Bjarke Ingels Group and Carlo Ratti Associati, for their project, CapitaSpring.

This is the sixth time RSP Architects has received the P*DA.

Previous P*DA award winning projects by RSP Architects include Jewel Changi Airport (in 2020); Changi Airport Terminal 4 (in 2018); The Pinnacle@Duxton (in 2010); Henderson Waves (in 2009); and LASALLE College of the Arts (in 2008).

CapitaSpring is a mixed development building located in the heart of Raffles Place. The vertical green city features an iconic facade that harnesses the latest workplace and lifestyle innovations, with social and activity spaces interspersed among lush greenery over four stories.
