Link-Belt has introduced its new 55-mt-capacity truck crane, the 65|HT, which is intended to replace the HTC-8660 Series II.

The 65|HT comes with a new four-section, 11.2–35 m full-power boom that reaches a maximum tip height of 38.1 m. The crane boasts an all-new formed boom riding Link-Belt’s Teflon-impregnated wear pads, meaning there is no need to grease the boom – reducing the time and cost of upkeep.

\nThe 65|HT features the next generation of emission standards with an EPA 2021 certified Cummins L9 engine that provides 260 hp at 2,000 rpm. Improved capacities over its predecessor are delivered through three optimised boom extend modes and an increase in maximum counterweight to 8,482 kg. Operator controls are available in either a dual or single axis configuration and have a fine metering feature for precise operation.

The crane is also equipped with Link-Belt Pulse, a Link-Belt-designed operating system that utilises an in-cab display as a readout and operator interface with on-board diagnostics including the rated capacity limiter, wind speed, boom length and angle, radius of load, and crane configuration, just to name a few.

\n\n

In addition, durable textured and slip-resistant paint on all walking surfaces improves durability and footing. Vision package consists of cameras for winch-view, right-side swing view, rear-view backup, and right-side turn, giving the operator excellent jobsite visibility during travel, setup, and lifting.

The optional lighting package offers a high-intensity LED work light mounted on the operator’s cab, two fixed LED lights and a remote-controlled articulating spotlight mounted on the boom base. A fully equipped 65|HT can reduce its transport weight to less than 29,483 kg with all counterweight removed.

The XCMG XGC55T telescopic crawler crane and XCT25L5 truck crane have been used in a wide range of applications globally. The XGC55T offers a maximum lifting capacity of 55 t and the XCT25L5 has a lifting height of 50.2 m.

The XCMG XGC55T telescopic crawler crane is suitable for use in various applications, such as foundation and piling work, bridge and tunnel construction, and many more. The machine offers a maximum lifting capacity of 55 t, lifting speed of 140 m/min, five-section boom (the boom bracket is 10.6 - 41 m) and an auxiliary boom combination length of 41+16 m.

The XGC55T’s two-lattice jibs have a length of 9.5/16 m. The superstructure turntable counterweight of 0-16.7 t (full counterweight) has four compound modes and each compound has an independent lifting performance table, improving the machine’s versatility. The XGC55T has a transportation width of up to 3 m and transportation weight of up to 28.6 t.

The XCMG XCT25L5 truck crane has been deployed in a wide range of projects around the world. It has a maximum lifting height of 50.2 m, together with a main boom of 42 m and an auxiliary boom of 9 m. The U-shaped main boom, with an outrigger span of 5.65 m x 6.4 m, provides a solid foundation during lifting operations. The machine also has a minimum slewing steady speed of 0.1°/s. \r\n
