FIND – Design Fair Asia 2026 will bring international furniture, interiors and design brands together with the architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality professionals and procurement teams shaping Southeast Asia’s builtenvironment. Taking place from26–28 November 2026 at the Queen Sirikit NationalConvention Center (QSNCC), the fifth edition of FIND will connect the internationaldesign community with one of Asia’s most dynamic markets for hospitality, property and design.
The event arrives at a significant moment for Thailand’s built environment.More than16,000 hotel rooms are currently in Bangkok’s construction pipeline, creatingopportunities across furniture, lighting, surfaces, kitchens and bathrooms, decorativeproducts and interior solutions.
Growth extends well beyond hospitality. Thailand is an important market forbrandedresidences, luxury retail, mixed-use developments and wellness-led destinations. The country accounts for approximately 26% of Asia’s launched branded-residence supply, with inventory valued at aroundTHB205 billion (US$6.4 billion). Its luxury retail market isvalued at approximatelyUS$4.4 billionand projected to grow by around5% annuallythrough 2028 (CBRE).
Geographically, Thailand sits at the heart of mainland Southeast Asia, connectingestablished and emerging markets across the region. Bangkok’s position as a majorbusiness, aviation and hospitality hub gives FIND a natural platform from whichinternational brands can engage not only with Thailand, but with the wider Southeast Asiandesign and project community.
FIND works closely with leading industry organisations including theThailand InteriorDesigners’ Association (TIDA) and Thai Furniture Association (TFA),amongst other key industry groups.
TIDA is featuring theThailand Interior Design and Art by TIDA (TIDA by TIDA), with acenterpiece exploring “Thainess” under the concept “The Sanctuary of Flavours.” It willfeature “The Orbit of Awareness” by Badintra Balankura of Context Studio, winner ofTIDA’s Wellness Design Challenge “Sensory +1: Reimagine Longevity,” presented as aspatial experience at FIND.
Complementing the exhibition, the FIND Global Summit will serve as the intellectual centrepiece of FIND 2026, bringing together more than 70 speakers from the architecture, interior design, hospitality, property and wider built environment sectors. The programme will be structured around three Global Summit pillars, addressing key trends and emerging conversations shaping the future of design across Asia:
