Construction of Lumi Hanoi residential project in Vietnam has begun. A ceremony to mark this milestone was recently held on 11 November 2024.
Located in western Hanoi, the project is being developed by CapitaLand Development (CLD) – part of Singapore’s CapitaLand Group – with Newtecons, Ricons and Sol E&C engaged as the main contractors. When completed, it will provide approximately 4,000 apartments across nine towers ranging from 29 to 35 floors.
In its announcement, Sol E&C said the three contractors will undertake the core structural works, finishing works (for basements and superstructures), interior finishes for lobbies and typical corridors, MEP systems, facade, infrastructure, landscaping, etc. throughout the project.
Lumi Hanoi was officially launched in November 2023. It features a variety of apartment types, from one-bedroom units of 42 sq m to four-bedroom units of 135 sq m. Duplex units and penthouses, with areas ranging from 115 to 410 sq m, will also be offered.
Sol E&C further mentioned that the project will incorporate sustainable features, including 4.3 ha of lush landscaping, a rainwater harvesting system, an ecological pond, biodiversity systems, and designated charging stations for electric vehicles and bicycles.
